2. Our processing procedures at a glance

a) when visiting our website

As soon as you access our website, the first data transfer already takes place. This means that the browser of your end device and the server of our website already communicate with each other.  It does not matter how you access our website or which device you use, communication takes place regardless of this. The information exchanged in this way is only temporarily stored in a so-called log file. This is due to technical reasons, but usually also helps us to expose and follow up on attempts at abuse.

As a rule, the following information is recorded and processed:

Date and time of your access, the name and URL of the file you have called up, the website from which you accessed our site (referrer URL), the browser you are using and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer, the name of the access provider you are using and, and this is usually your personal date, your IP address.

We have already mentioned above what these technically required processing operations are necessary for, but we would like to mention a few more points here that make it unavoidable to process the data and personal data we have mentioned:

This is because we would like to ensure that our website is connected smoothly, which in turn means that we can guarantee you a comfortable use of our website.

Moreover, we need this processing in order to carry out the evaluation of system security and stability from time to time, as a matter of routine.

We refer to the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO and consider the above-mentioned points to be an essential legitimate interest which, in our opinion, harmonises with your interest in user-friendly operation and therefore appears justified.

Under no circumstances will we use the data collected in this way for purposes other than those listed here, in particular we have no interest whatsoever in drawing conclusions about your person. Furthermore, we do not engage in any profiling, nor do we automatically make any other decisions based on the data we process.

The data collected from you in this way is automatically deleted after seven days.

It is possible that when you visit our website, we may use certain cookies and perhaps also analysis services to improve the UX of our website and services. In this case, we will inform you of this fact at the beginning of your visit to our website and ask you for your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 I a DSGVO, unless cookies and services are used exclusively for essential purposes and are therefore necessary for the construction and operation of the website.

You will find further explanations in our data protection information.

b) when contacting us via e-mail or telephone

We give you the opportunity to contact us via our website, by email or other communication channels listed in the imprint of our site. So if you have any questions about our offer, our services or our website, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are looking forward to your inquiry.

However, all information and data that you provide to us in this way is provided voluntarily. We process this data exclusively to answer your questions and to reply to you via the communication channels you have provided us with. We therefore refer to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO and consider your voluntary contact to be an explicit declaration of consent.
